Soul Seekers Yoga Retreat
5th & 6th October 2024
This is an all inclusive and nourishing Yoga Retreat set in the serene and beautiful countryside of Knockma in Co. Galway.
This retreat is suitable from beginners to more advanced Yogis. I will be guiding you throughout the weekend in beautiful Yoga Flows, Meditation, Yin & Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Morning sessions are dynamic to prepare you for the day and the evening sessions to go more inward. To begin the connection to the nervous system with some passive stretching and unwinding rest.
There will be delicious home cooked food all included throughout the weekend prepared with love by the manor.
There will be time to indulge and take a trip into the surroundings, beautiful woods and walks.
We have a wonderful workshop one of the afternoons with the Amazing Tara Rafter award winning Life and Transformational Coach. This is unmissable and I am so excited to share this with you all in our Retreat space.

Come & join our Autumnal retreat set in the beautiful nature surroundings of true Irish woodlands that is said in ledgend to be the residence of Finnbheara the king of the Connaught fairies.
Here it is said that “ the soft breezes that pass one in an evening in West Galway are called fairy paths. They are said to be due to the flight of a band of the good people on their way to Cnockmaa ( Hill of the Plain) near castlehackett on the east of Lough Corrib, which is their great resort in Connaught”.

We will spend time in the nature of Knockma with beautiful walks through the trees that includes Hazel, Oak and Ash and from the summit of Knockma may be obtained one of the grandest panoramic views in Ireland.
